- Tenders are invited for Transportation of Newspapers and Parcels to Mtwara Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Bidding and is open to Local Tenderers only. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering documents at the office of Secretary, Tender Committee, P.O.BOX 19754, Mandela Road Plot No34/35 Dar es salaam from 09.00AM to 04.30PM from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public holidays. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English will be available for collection by the Tenderers at a rate of Tshs 50,000/= (Fifty thousand only) non-refundable. Payment should either be by Banker Cheque or Cash deposit payable to Mwananchi Communications Limited through CRDB Bank Account Number: 01J1005505400. Tender document will be issued upon submission of proof of payment or receipt. All tenders should be in two documents one original and one copy properly sealed and sealed in a plain envelope and must be dropped in a sealed tender box available at MCL, Tabata Relini. Deadline for submission is Tuesday 19th December 2023, on or before 2.00PM. All tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderer-s representatives who choose to attend in the tender opening ceremony at the Company-s Board Room at Tabata Relini, Late tenders, portion of tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances, The tenderers are invited for a site visit at their own costs.
