- Tenders are invited for Supply of Video Conference Facility. 5.1 Supply, installation and configuration of Video Conference Facilities and services Bid security equivalent to 2% of the tender price in an acceptable form as provided in the bidding document. A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a fee of Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand TShs.100,000.00/-(Non-Refundable). Payment shall be made through the electronic payment system therefore interested bidders are invited to collect the Control number for effecting the payment.
