General Procurement Notice for Supply of HDPE Pipes for Construction of Water Infrastructure at Msongozi with 40 Water Point and Mangae with 36 Water Point at Mvomero District in Morogoro Region. 1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 27/08/2023. 2. The RUWASA - MOROGORO REGIONAL OFFICE has received a Grant from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of Supply Of Hdpe Pipes For Construction Of Water Infrastructure At Msongozi With 40 Water Point And Mangae With 36 Water Point At Mvomero District In Morogoro Region., and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF HDPE PIPES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AT MSONGOZI WITH 40 WATER POINT AND MANGAE WITH 36 WATER POINT AT MVOMERO DISTRICT IN MOROGORO REGION.. 3. The RUWASA - MOROGORO REGIONAL OFFICE now invites tenders from Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Company Foreign, Sole Proprietor Foreign, Manufacturer Foreign, Company Local, GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Special Group and Partnership Foreign of SUPPLY OF HDPE PIPES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AT MSONGOZI WITH 40 WATER POINT AND MANGAE WITH 36 WATER POINT AT MVOMERO DISTRICT IN MOROGORO REGION.. 4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 5. A complete set of tendering document(s) in ENGLISH may be accessed through NeST. 6. Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process. 7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Insurance Bond in the currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers worth 50,000,000.00. 8. All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM on 02/01/2024. Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST.
