This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) No. AfDB 1385-12/18 of 14th December 2018, and on the African Development Bank-s Internet Website (www.afdb.org). The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received a Credit from the African Development Bank (AfDB), to finance Multinational: Rumonge - Gitaza (45km) and Kabingo - Kasulu - Manyovu (260.6 km) Road Upgrading Project, and intends to apply a part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply of GIS Software, Vehicle Tracking System Training Software and GPS for Establishment of Regional Centre Of Excellence (RCOE) at the National Institute of Transport (NIT), Tender No: AE/001/2020- 21/HQ/G/92. 1.
