Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of New Linen Washing Machines- G Ir B Au Washing Machine or Similar Washing Machines with Capacity of 25 Kilograms or Above. Power Supply 350v Three Phase, Manual Control Supply and Installation of New Flat Colander Ironing Machine 250 Ft Power Supply 400v Three Phase- Automatic Control § Contractor must include a repair and defect warranty period of 12 months with their bid to cover all supplied machines within the Request for Quotation. § Arnericares will provide no more than 25% of the hi cost upon signing of the contract/Purchase Order § Americares staff must be present during delivery for Inspecting and confirming set standard have been met for all delivered items. § Quote mast be valid for 30 days from time of submission. § In terns of location, all complete linen washing and Ironing machines should be delivered and installed at Kibondo District Hospital. Evaluation criterial § Offers will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specification, qualifications and Experience of the vendor, price, after sale service, delivery time and related criteria. Submission Deadline: The quote must be submitted to Amercares Tanzania Office not later than 13 September 2021. Quotation submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
