• Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Air Conditions (AC), AC Compressors and Other AC Accessories Description of Category: 1 AC Compressors and Supply of AC Split Unit Type 3. Interested tenderers may obtain the pre-qualification document upon a written request by either submitting physically at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited Main office K1 located at Kidatu, -Morogoro of through email address KilomberoTendersgillove.ca.tz and copy to Procunementg@illove.ce.tz and you will be issued a document within 24 hours on working days 3 only, 4. Pre-qualification applicants shall ensure that they possess necessary experience and qualifications to be considered foe shortlist and shall meet the following minimum requirements (Evaluation criteria) hereunder: i. List of at least 3 current clients/customers that you have transacted similar business with and contract value not below 100Mulion of Tanzania Shillings for each client for the past two years (2020 and 2021}. References will be compacted by KSCL: i. Financial capability-provide audited financial statement for the year 2020/2021 and six-month bank statement from your bank; ii. Submission of copy of certificate for Company Registration from BRELA: iv. Valid Business License; v. TIN, VAT and Tax clearance certificate (This is subject to verification from TRA by KSCL}; vi. Evidence of fixed business premises (provide rental contract or lease agreement or ownership proof of the building); vii. Manufacturers- authorization better for re-sellers (dealers) if you-re not OEM; viii. Compliance statement to KSCL Policies-Anti-bribery and corruption policy; Trading standard terms and conditions, SHERQ policy, Code of Conduct (COC) and Workplace Behavior Policy; ix, Submission of the notarized special power of attorney for the person authorized by your company to sign this tender; x. Company profile with full details of the company that shows ownership of the company, names of directors, address of the company including contacts; range of business 5. Submission of pre qualifications information shall be on Ist August, 2022 at 12:00 n00n and all applications must be submitted on or before deadline through email address KilomberoTerders@illove.co.tz and copy to procurementaillove.co.tz of submit physically at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited located at Kidatu, K1 main office at reception. 6.
