Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Solar Power System Services for Makere Server Rooms Scope of work: - Installation of Solar Hybrid System for 10HRS (With tubular solar battery) - Interbuilding Connectivity (electrical connection)- smaller equipment rooms to be powered by the inverter installed in the central server room. Please note the following: 1. Interested vendor should plan to come for site survey at Makere from March 9 - 14, survey will be conducted only for working hours from 09:00 AM - 04:00PM. 2. Strictly all proposed brand products must come from legitimate source with proof of purchase from the channel distribution office. 3. The service should be delivered to IOM Makere. 4. IOM have the right to reject the service if does not meet the requirement. 5. Warranty period of works (Five years would be minimum accepted). 6. A job schedule must be submitted and approved before the commencement of work 7. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the service by March 25, 2022.
