- Tenders are invited for Social Media Management, Digital Marketing and Designing Services. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Zanzibar Leo Issue no.6192 dated 9th Apri1,2022. The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has set aside funds for the operation of the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation during the financial year 2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Social Media Management, digital marketing and designing services The 72n7ibar Insurance Corporation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to provide services for Social Media Management, digital marketing and designing services. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Quotation procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset Act No. 11 of 2016 unless otherwise stated in the Bid Data Sheet Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Zanzibar Insurance Corporation, All Hassan Mwinyi Road-P.O.BOX 432, Room no; 2029 from 8.30 am — 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00. (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). Payment should be made through the Following Bank details. Bank name- The People Bank of Zanzibar Limited, Account number 040 4255 000 and Account name: Zanzibar Insurance Corporation. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Bidding Documents. All Bids in one original plus One copy properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address - the Secretary of Tender Board, Zanzibar Insurance Corporation, All Hassan Mwinyi Road -Mpirani, First floor at or before 10:00 am on 10th, May, 2022. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers- representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation Office-Mpirani, Conference room no:209.
