- Tenders are invited for Simiyu Climate Resilience Project, Component 2: Climate Resilient Water Supply for Sustained Access to Waterwater Supply Schemes from Lake Victoria to Nyashimo, Bariadi, and Lagangabilili Towns, Phase 1. The Simiyu Climate Resilience Project (SCRP) is financed by the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the German Government through KfW and the Government of Tanzania. The Ministry of Water (MoW) is the Project Executing Agency (PEA) and is steering and overseeing the project. The objective of the SCRP is to increase the climate resilience of rural and urban households, particularly small-scale farmers and women living in the Simiyu Region, and to improve policies and regulations for cross-sectoral action towards climate change adaptation.
