- 1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) will shortly conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the sale of the written-off FDG500DD 500 KVA Generators (QTY:2) on an "as-is-whereis" basis and without warranty.2) Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with the solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.3) Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents. the IRMCT reserves theright to reject EOIs received after the deadline4) Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the IRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a Expression of Interest electronically before the closing date on Friday, 5 April 2024 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania localtime.5) If you are interested in the sale, please notify the IRMCT Procurement by email at irmct-procurement@un.org (cc. fariala@un.org) or express you interest by returning the Vendor Response Form via the UNGM portal no later than the EOI's Closing Date.Thank you for your interest
