Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Resource Planning System (ERP System) at KDCU Ltd-Individual Consultancy. 1. Karagwe District Cooperative Union (KDCU) Lid has allocated funds for its operations during financial year 2021/2022 to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Individual Consultancy services for installation, commissioning and testing of Enterprise Resources Planning systems to KDCU Lad. 2. KDCU Lad now invites eligible “individual consultants” to express their interests in providing the services which include installation, Commissioning and testing of Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP System). 3. Interested Individual Consultants are required to submit the written expression of interest indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant-s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, and availability of appropriate skills and any other relevant documents by 7th January, 2022 at 10:00 Hours local time. ‘The detailed Consultants profile shall be enclosed in an envelope and marked “PROPOSAL FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF ERP SYSTEM AT KDCU LTD” and submitted to KDCU LTD, P.O.BOX 14, KARAGWE. 4. The opening of submitted documents shall take place immediately after deadline for submission (which is 7th January, 2022 at 10-00 Hours local time), at KDCU Lid Head Office. Applying individual Consultants of their authorized representatives are invited to attend the opening ceremony. 5, Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of Procurement officer, KDCU Lid-Head Office from 8.00.1 to 4, 00p.m on Monday to Friday except on public holidays. 6. Prospective Individual Consultants are required to collect the Instruction from the Procurement office during working days (Monday to Friday) between 08:00a.1m to 4:00p.m. 7. KDCU LID will facilitate a site visit on 37 January, 2022 at exactly 10:00 Hours, to firms issued with REP who wish to visit site on working hours. ‘The costs of visiting the site shall be at the Consultant-s own expense. 8.
