- Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Risk Surveyor Services Completed prequalification documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope clearly indicating the category description and reference number being applied for and should be deposited in the tender box Head office of Britam Insurance (Tanzania) limited. PPF Tower 4th floor. Ohio Street, Garden Avenue during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/- for each category by Bankers Cheque payable to Britam lnsurance(Tanzania) Limited, or cash receipted at the office. Please note that any document submitted without an official receipt will be rejected. Or sent by post to:- Chief Executive officer, Britam Insurance (Tanzania) Limited P.O.BOX 75433, Dares Salaam Current suppliers and service providers are required to participate in order to be considered. The deadline for participation in the prequalification exercise is 31st Jan 2020at 1700hrs EAT.
