Description:
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified interested firms to submit their Expression ofInterest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of General Building maintenance services, including Labour, Material and general equipment at The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals ("IRMCT" or "the Mechanism") at Arusha. The IRMCT compound is located at Haki Road, Plot No. 486 Block A, Lakilaki, Arusha, Tanzania. It is approximately 60,000m2 comprising of reinforced concrete buildings, Office, Archive, court, pedestrian check, pressroom and security gate booths, as well as additional prefabricated office buildings, ablution units and cafeteria. The compound has a tarmac circulation of roads, paved car park, earth service road and extra gravel car park, metal cladded warehouse and modified sea container offices.The aim is to establish a contract for a period of 1 year (initial period) with an option to extend the contract for four (4) consecutive periods of one (1) year each, up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years under the same terms and condition.
