Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Fabrication Yard Rental. SCOPE OF WORK: Rental of 10,000 sqm Industrial Fabrication Yard, land plot with direct access to tarmac public roads. The covered workshop should have at least 20x100m (minimum 4,5m height) of single volume shelter, free access from both ends, minimum 4mx4m doors. Rental duration 12 months approximately. Targeted Location: metropolitan area of Dar es Salaam (TZ) Building should be fully licensed (permit), fenced, permanent security, with access control and all utilities available (power, water, wastewater, internet), 80% surface should be compacted crashed stone. Key Support Amenities: offices for 10-12 persons, kitchen (and/or accessible restaurant) and hygiene facilities (2 restrooms) Safety & Security Systems (e.g guards, fire protection, smoke detection, emergency evacuation & mustering space); standby generator minimum 150 kVA;
