Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Catering Services. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Prepare and deliver staff meals to CONTRACTOR Offices in Dar Es Salaam. Capability to Deliver 3 Meals per Day (Breakfast, Lunch and Supper) Prepare and share weekly meal reports with the CONTRACTOR Daily cleaning and collection of garbage from the Locations where meals shall be served The Service Provider shall, always, maintain the highest standards required in all aspects including, but not limited to, food hygiene, delivery schedules and standards of transport methods. Any other cognate duty related to Catering Services MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proof of business registration and license(s) for Tanzania Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority: TIN, VAT Registration, Tax Compliance Certificate Proof of registration/application to the EWURA Local Supplier Service Providers (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended. Compliance with Petroleum Local Content Regulations, 2017; and Local Company definition for Tanzania. Provide evidence of compliance from relevant regulatory food handling bodies and licenses. Provide a Company Profile, Audited financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your Banker(s) At least 5 years of demonstrable experience and financial capacity in delivering such services. Evidence of organization H3SE Management Systems, Policies and Procedure.
