Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment for NEMC. Delivery Point: NEMC, Dar es Salaam region. Kinondoni District, 35 Regent Street P.O. Box 63154 Dar es Salaam, Plot No. 28,29 & 30) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Secretary of Tender Board, National Environment Management Council (NEMC), 35 Regent Street, P.O Box 63154,11404 Dar es Salaam or email dganemc.or.tz, copy: prosper.munisanemc.or.tz and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Tanzania Shilling 100,000.00. Note: Interested bidder must obtain control number from Accounts section at NEMC Headquarter or via telephone number +255677 069 967 before paying for respective bid. The document will be collected physically from the address given below. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 3rd September, 2021 at 14:00hrs. Electronic Bid- ding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Friday 3rd September, 2021 at 14:00hrs. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2.5% of the bid price for each lot. The bid security shall be clearly addressed to the: Director General. Bid Security shall be valid for twenty-eighty days beyond the bid validity (ie 148 days) after bid submission deadline.
