Request for proposals are invited for Procurement of High-Quality Short Videos (10-20 Minutes each) in Preparation for a One-Day Film Festival. the Embassy of the United States of America is seeking a variety of high-quality short videos (10-20 minutes each) in preparation for a one-day Film Festival to commemorate 20 years of the United States President-s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Dar es Salaam as per SOW Attached herewith. the U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award the contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Your quotations must be submitted by Thursday 23rd June at 17:00hrs local time. We encourage you to send an electronic submission.
