Tenders are invited for Procurement of Contract for the Rehabilitation of Rural Infrastructures in Ngorongoro District, Output 2, Rehabilitation of Rural Feeder Roads, Package 1: SoitSambu and Ololosokwani Wards: SoitSambu - Losirwa - Kirtalo Road (12.5km) and Mairowa - Njoroi Road (11.1km) Earthworks Clearing and Grubbing Hectare 28 Excavation m3 18,900 Embankment (Fill g3 and g7) m3 16,500 Pavement Improved Sub Grade Layer Class g15 m3 24,450 Natural Gravel Class Gw m3 22,350 Structures New Concrete Box Culverts Single Cell=4mx2m No 1 New Concrete Box Culverts Single Cell=1mx1m No 7 New Drifts No 2 A complete set of the bidding documents (in English) is available to interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Thousand only (TZS 100,000.00) or its equivalent in freely convertible currency for each set (per tender reference number). The method of payment will be through Control Number to be provided by the Procuring Entity to the Conservation Commissioner, Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), Mwalimu J.K. Nyerere Conservation Centre Burka Estate, Dodoma Road, P.O. Box 3134, Arusha, Tanzania. The document shall be sent by Courier (related costs to be covered by the interested Bidder) or physical pickup by the Bidders at Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) HQ, Office Room No. 40, Mwalimu J.K. Nyerere Conservation Centre, Burka Estate, Dodoma Road, Arusha. All Bids must be accompanied by a “ Bid Security” in original and in an acceptable form in the amount of TZS 40,000,000/= (Tanzania Shillings Forty Million Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency valid for Forty-Two (42 days) beyond the bid validity period. (i.e. 162 days after the bid opening date). The Bid Security shall be a Bank Guarantee, a Letter of Credit or Banker-s Cheque and/or an Insurance Bond clearly addressed to the Conservation Commissioner, Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), Mwalimu J.K. Nyerere Conservation Centre, Burka Estate, Dodoma Road, P. O. Box 3134, Arusha, Tanzania.
