Description:
Quotation are invited for Procurement of Air & Ferry Tickets Description of items Interested service provider should be able to at least provide following services: i. Provision of international flight tickets. ii. Provision of international flight tickets across Tanzania (both mainland and Zanzibar). iIi, Provision of ferry tickets for Zanzibar (Unguja) marine transport services Scope of Work Specific scope of work includes but should not be limited to the following: i. To work with assigned Pact Tanzania Officer on booking international, as well as domestic travel arrangements and reservations in respect of official business trips. ii, To issue flight or ferry tickets for official PACT Tanzania travel undertaken the booking request has been approved by the relevant designated officer or manager. (As appropriate). iii, To receive all travel bookings arrangements in writing. iv. The Agent must always endeavor to make the most cost-effective arrangements and reservations, taking cognizance of the convenience of the PACT Tanzania staff. The Agent must be able to offer advice and alternative plans for consideration by the traveler. Interested vendors should request the full Terms of Reference (ToR) through email with the subject line “TOR for Procurement of Air & Ferry Tickets Agent” to ProcurementTZ@pactworld.org before Thursday, 28th October2021. All questions and requests for clarification should be directed to ProcurementTZ@pactworld.org with the subject line “Request for Clarification: Procurement of Air & Ferry Tickets Agent” before Friday 29th October 2021. Vendors who wish to answer this RFP should send their proposals in sealed envelopes to Pact Tanzania Head Office by 1st November 2021, 11:00 am. All sealed envelopes need to be marked as “Procurement of Air & Ferry Closing Date and Time: 1st November 2021, 11:00 am (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania) Questions and Clarifications: Due by 29th October 2021 Estimated Delivery/ Performance Date: 30th September 2022.
