Prequalifications are invited for Printing Services: Supply and Printing of Business Cards, Fliers, Books, Signboards, Brochures, Posters, Branded Stationery Items, Coats, Tshirts, Manuals, Designing and Printing Staff Id Cards and the Related Services WASSHA Inc. is a Japanese company incorporated in 2013 to lease solar lanterns to people in off-gid areas. WASSHA Tanzania branch has zonal offices, which located in Mwmza, Dodoma, and Mbeya. The headquarters are at Faykat Tower, 3rd floor, Block 41—Kinondoni, Plot: 236,237 & 238, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar es Salaam. WASSHA Inc. now invites sealed bids from eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers to apply for prequalification for the provision of goods and services for the period 2022/2023 for the following categories. Please note, our payment term is within seven days after submission of invoice. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Eligible suppliers who meet all of the stated requirements are asked to; (a) All interested suppliers, please send an email to admintz@tz.wassha.com to ask for an application form. (b) Eligible suppliers should email their electronic application with all the required attachments (as it mentions here under) via email to WASSHA INC at admintzffitz.wassha.com. 1. Certi ficate of Incorporation for or Certificate of registration 2. Certificate of compliance (Applicable for foreign companies) 3. Business License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate and Tax compliance certificate 4. Operating licenses / certificates for the services or goods which require such 5. Evidence to prove physical address of company (Lease contract or utility bills) 6. Written endorsement of at least five reputable customers (include their contact details) dealt with for the past 2 years 7. Certified bank account details with a bank letterhead and stamp 8. Service/ goods catalog or brochures (c) The deadline for the submission of application is 1700hrs East Africa Time on 25th August, 2022.
