Prequalifications are invited for Pre Qualification of Vendors for a Period of One (01) Year, October 2023 - September 2024 (See Multiples). THIS TENDER EXPIRES at 8:00am on Sunday March 31st, 2024 SERA BORA, meaning Better Policies in Swahili, is a 5-year United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded project awarded to Michigan State University (MSU) and implemented under the auspices of the Agricultural Sector Policy and Institutional Reforms Strengthening (ASPIRES) NGO in Tanzania, that seeks to accelerate the adoption of effective policies and programs that would promote broad-based economic growth, improve food security and nutrition and contribute to poverty reduction in Tanzania. ASPIRES Tanzania hereby invites applications from all reputed and established firms for the pre qualification of vendors for a period of one (01) year, October 2023 - September 2024, by applying for participation in the pre-qualification process and submitting the prequalification documents. General Terms and Conditions: 1. The firm should be registered with/under Tax Authorities. Selected firms (services) should note that all payments will be subject to the deduction of Government taxes/levies if applicable. 2. The firm should have a minimum experience of 3 similar assignments and should have the proper setup. 3. All applications must be submitted on or before 30th March, 2024. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. 4. Evaluation of Suppliers/Services Providers/Companies for Pre-qualification will be based on the criteria listed below:
