Request for proposals are invited for Monitoring Delivery of Educational Subsidies and Reusable Sanitary Kits. Submission Instructions To apply, please submit the following. • Organization capacity statement or CV. • A proposal detailing your understanding of the ToR, methodology for monitoring exercise, and how you plan to execute the assignment. • A tentative work plan, timeframe, and proposed budget in Tanzania Shillings (TZS). • Current company profile. • Copies of the registration certificate and address of their registered office, valid business license, VAT, TIN certificates, and Tax clearance certificate • Current audited financial statement for the two consecutive years(current years) • Quote, valid for at least 60 days • Payment is 100% after delivery. • Evidence of similar assignments and at least two (2) names and addresses of the client served
