• Tenders are invited for Mindu Dam Raising by 2.5m Including Associated Works The United Republic of Tanzania through Morogoro Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MORUWASA) has received funds from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") toward the cost of the Improvement of Morogoro Water and Sanitation Service and intends to apply part of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for the scope outlined hereunder; • Detailed Design of the Mindu Dam raising by 2.5m and Associated Works. • Raising of the Dam spillway and embarkment by 2.5m and Construction of the Associated Works. • Installation of Appropriate Dam Safety Monitoring Devices. The employer intends to initially select a maximum of Six (6) firms for the Detailed Design of the Mindu Dam raising by 2.5m and Associated Works, Raising of the Dam spillway and embarkment by 2.5m and Construction of the Associated Works and Installation of Appropriated Dam Safety Monitoring Devices. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made on 11th June, 2023. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from the office of Procurement Management Unit, Morogoro Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MORUWASA), 30 Barabara ya Mazimbu 67105 Uwanja wa Sabasaba, PO Box 5476 MOROGORO at 8:00 am- 3:30 pm local hours from Monday to Friday.
