Expression of Interest are invited for Above the Line and Digital Marketing Firm IFCs program in Tanzania is supporting MFS market development through 1- agent network management, 2- customer acquisition for mobile money, 3- merchant acquisitions, 4- customer acquisition for merchants, 5- agent/merchant distribution management platform, and 6- growth of the payments by mobile money ecosystem. The project team is looking to hire a firm to run above-the-line, out-of-home and digital campaigns that will drive demand for the Lipa Kwa Simu service across the country The objective of this project is to carry out a range of ATL, OOH and Social Media/Digital marketing communication initiatives to: Create awareness in the Tanzanian market space about this innovative and disruptive service offering. Entice the existing Vodacom M-Pesa customers to demand to pay using M-Pesa at all merchants that accept M-Pesa as a payment method. Spur potential new customers to enroll or switch to Vodacom and use M-Pesa at Vodacoms merchants. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
