Expression of Interest are invited for Independent Reviews of Eacop Rap Implementation in Tanzania. THIS TENDER EXPIRES at 5:00pm on Wednesday March 27th, 2024 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with: Certificate of Incorporation and BRELA search (Attach copy). Business License (Attach copy). Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax (TRA) Clearance Certificate for the latest year available. Proof of registration with EWURA Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database or an approved application for registration at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is required. Compliance with Local Content Regulations, 2017 and Local Company definition. Brief description and evidence of experience of implementing and monitoring large-scale linear Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration projects and in Africa. CVs of senior experienced Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration experts available to the Company who have proven track record of undertaking RAP and LRP implementation and compliance reviews. Details of relevant experience in RAP Implementation compliance evaluations and due diligence for private sector clients or lender organizations, including on Livelihood Restoration programmes. Financial capacity to deliver the services required including submission of financial accounts for the past three years. Evidence of a QHSE Management system, organization, and process in compliance with applicable Local and Industry standards for similar works. Proof of Anti-corruption, Anti-bribery, Compliance and Human Rights policies.
