Description:
Tenders are invited for Design & Supply of Live Bottom Feeder with Discharge Chute. ix. Experience in designed, engineered, manufactured, performance tested, supplied and commissioned of Live bottom feeder to handle moist and sticky filter cake, wet flow rate 72 to 87 m3/hr (solid density 2.65 t/m3. mass concentration 87%. moisture content — 13%) i. Should have supplied at least one live bottom feeder meeting above requirement within last 5 years from closing date of EOI and out of which at least one should have been in successful operation for a period not less than one year as on the date of closing of EOI ii. Preferred Make — Techmatic, JC Steele or equivalent iii. Able to supply commissioning spares & maintenance spares iv. Warranty & Guarantee period to be specified v. Installation and commissioning support and assistance vi. Lead time of delivery vii. Cost of equipment, commissioning spares and two years maintenance spares.
