Description:
Tenders are invited for Design & Supply of Binder Handling System (Silo, Dust Collector, Rotary Feeder, Belt Weigh Feeder. Screw Conveyor). i. Experience in designed, engineered, manufactured, performance tested, supplied and commissioned Binder system with design feed rate of 3 to 20 dry t/hr binder with Live silo capacity of 600 Tons ii. Should have supplied at least one Binder system meeting above requirement within last 5 years from closing date of EOI and out of which at least one should have been in successful operation for a period not less than one year as on the date of closing of EOI iii. Preferred Make Techmatic, Simem, BMH Systems or equivalent iv. Able to supply commissioning spares & maintenance spares v Warranty & Guarantee period to be specified vi. Installation and commissioning support and assistance vii. Lead time of delivery riii. Cost of equipment, commissioning spares and two years maintenance spares.
