Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Database and Systems Development (Firm) Interested suppliers must submit their expression letter of interest (LOI) by quoting the reference number and services they intend to offer with supporting documents as provided below. The LOI must outline statement of firm capability to provided goods/services including experience to undertake similar contracts with other companies over the last three years. The selection/short listing criteria will include; Possessions of business licence, Professional licence/certificate, Company certificate of incorporation, Business registration certificate, TIN no. VAT registration certificate, Copy of Tax clearance, Company Profile indicating physical location. A minimum of 3 years- experience in the field and three customer-s recommendation letters. Only those shortlisted suppliers will be contacted. Applications in plain sealed envelopes, should be addressed to the; Chairperson - FCS Procurement Committee, P.O. Box 7192, Dar es salaam and must be delivered to the Foundation-s offices, 7 Madai Crescent, Ada Estate, Plot 154. Deadline for submission of Expression of Interest shall be 27th September, 2022 and they will be opened on the same date. The Foundation for Civil Society is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender.
