- Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Supporting Development of The Five Years Strategic Plan for iMems Company Limited. The Consultant will do the following: 1. Develop an Inception Report with a Suggested Strategic Plan Framework and Work Plan/Timeline of Tasks in Consultation with the CSSC/iMEMS Company Limited Management. 2. Develop a Framework and Conduct a Situation Analysis and Swot Analysis in Consultation with the CSSC/iMEMS Company Limited Management. 3. Lead Consultative Sessions with the CSSC and Affiliated Institutions, and Imems on Scanning of the Current National, Regional and Global Health Business Operating Environment. 4. Document the iMEMS Business Operating Environment and Highlight on Possible Thematic Areas/Goals and Strategies. 5. Prepare Materials for the Workshop for CSSC/iMEMS to Develop Vision, Mission, Strategies, and Performance Indicators for the Strategic Plan. 6. Lead and Facilitate Consultations that Provide Technical Expertise in Organized Consultative Workshops with CSSC/iMEMS Company Limited Board Members and Staffs, and Other Key Stakeholders to Capture Their Inputs on the Development and Finalization of the Strategic Plan Goals/Objectives, Strategies, Objectives, Target Population and Interventional Areas. 7. Finalize iMEMS Company Limited Strategic Plan (2022-2027) through Incorporating Comments and Inputs from the Board Members, Management and Other Stakeholders on the Draft Document. 8. With Guidance from the CSSC/iMEMS Company Limited Management, Oversee Completion of the Work Plan, Which will Entail Both Producing Assigned Deliverables within a Given Time. Deadline for The Submission Is 1600hrs East Africa Time on 20th January 2022.
