Amref Health Africa Tanzania is largely supported by Multilateral, Bilateral and national donors, implementing several programmes including HIV/Aids/TB/Malaria, Reproductive, maternal, New-born and Child health, Water and sanitation, Research and advocacy, capacity building programme and clinical outreach, 2. Amref health Africa Tanzania now invites eligible Consultants to express their interest in the provision of the above services. Interested Consultants must submit application(s) for the assignment(s) and provide information indicating their qualification and experience for performing the services as per each above lot(s). The expression of interest for firms should include documentation regarding the legal status of the firm and other supporting information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of assignments of similar nature undertaken by the Consultant in the last five years, and availability of competent professional staff to manage the assignment). Individual Consultants should submit their application enclosing detailed Cv-s indicating clearly their qualifications and experience in the specific lots applying for including copies of academic and professional qualifications. 5. For each project performed, the consultant (both firms/Individual Consultants) shall provide the name and address of the client, description of the consultancy performed, value, date (s) of execution plus contact details. 6. Short-listing and final selection of consultants will be in accordance with the procedures set out in the Amref health Africa Tanzania Procurement Manual of April 2021. 7. Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary, Amref health Africa Tanzania Tender Committee, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, P.O. Box 2773, Dar es Salaam from 0800 to 1630 hrs, Monday through Friday inclusive, except on Public Holidays. 8.
