Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services: Qualitative Gender Equality and Inclusion Assessment 1. Plan International Tanzania is an International humanitarian child-centered development organization without religious, political or government affiliation. Plan's mission is to achieve lasting improvements in the quality of life of deprived children in developing countries through a process that unites people across cultures and adds meaning to their lives. Plan Tanzania has a physical presence and implements projects in the following Regions: Dar Es Salaam, Morogoro, Geita, Dodoma, Mwanza, Rukwe, Kigoma. Plan Tanzania also works with other stakeholders in various projects countrywide. 2. Plan international Tanzania through Gender and Adolescent Girls' Responsive and Inclusive Heelth and rights project; Adolescent Girls' Health and Rights (VUMA) Project has set aside funds to conduct consultancy services for provision of qualitative gender equality and inclusion assessment in Tanzania. The Interested eligible bidders must confirm their intention to bid indicating all relevant contact information including an email address to tenders@plan-lnternatlonal.org Attn: Head of Procurement and Logistics. Bidding documents in the English language will be sent to interested bidders by email. Plan International Tanzania will not be held responsible for any costs related to printing or submission of the bid documents. 3. Bidders ere requested to submit Technical and Financial Proposals each be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked Technical Proposal" and 'Financial Proposal' respectively. The tv/o envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single envelope. 4.
