Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Technical Audit of Upgrading of Kabingo-Kasulu-Manyovu-(260.6 Km) Road Upgrading Project to Bitumen Standard The services included under this project will be a) To review all contract documentation, drawings, specifications, materials report and conditions of contract to clearly understand the scope and complexity of the project, b) To ascertain that authority and responsibility for execution of works are assigned properly, c) To check if the works are being performed as per requirements of specifications, d) To examine whether sufficient controls are in place to mitigate the potential risks of the project, e) To certify that the procured technical equipment is technically suitable for use in executing the works, f) To verify the information system whether or not is adequate to provide assurance of proper execution of works, g) To ensure that payments made for the project are in accordance with the actual Supervision Consultant-s and Contractor-s entitlement for payment.
