Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the TANROADS Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, 10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, P.O. Box 11364, Dar es Salaam, immediately after submission deadline. 12. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in original and in an acceptable form in the amount of TZS 2,000,000,000 (Tanzania Shillings Two Billion Only) or US$ 850,000. The Bid Security shall be clearly addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, TANROADS, P. O. Box 11364, Dar es Salaam. The Bid Security shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity period, i.e. 148 days after the bids submission deadline. 13. A combined site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held on 21st August, 2023, at 09:00 A.M. at the offices of the TANROADS Regional Manager-s Office, Dar es Salaam Region.
