The purpose of this Request for Proposal (LRFP) is to invite Technical and Financial Proposals for the provision of service as specified in the LRFPS 2019-9155164.
LRFP RESPONSE FORMAT
Sealed Bids are invited for the above specified item in this bidding document, consisting of Terms of Reference, Instructions to bidders, UNICEF Standard Terms & Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions.
The Bid must be securely sealed in the envelope, CLEARLY MARKED on the outside with the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Number and returned to the ABOVE address not later than 8TH JANUARY 2020 at 12:00hrs East Africa Time.
Proposal being delivered or sent by hand or COURIER should be dropped in the tender box located at UNICEF Office plot 133 Karume Road Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam, must be securely sealed in the envelope, CLEARLY MARKED on the outside with the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Number
