Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1. Prepare an inception report that will include the following.•Analysis of the facilitator's information forms to better plan discussions during the training. The dully filled Facilitators information forms will be shared by the ILO KJP/YWEE.•Develop the content including program and the methodology for the training of trainers based on the local context, the profile of the potential participants and the expected results of the training.•Develop template for the participants time bound action plans.•Develop a list of training materials and tools needed for the training.2.Conduct the ToT for 25 participants.•Make sure logistics arrangements are settled before each training day.•Deliver the content of the training based on the preparation and discussions with ILO, using participatory and adult-learning methodologies. •Coach and assess trainees on micro teaching and provide recommendations for improvement•Guide and assist participants in establishing their time-bound action plans for Training of Entrepreneurs.3.Follow-up on the ToT•Prepare and submit draft and final report of the ToT to the ILO using the ILO GET Ahead reporting format.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest a...
