Expression of Interest are invited for Above the Line and Digital Marketing. Ifcs Program in Tanzania is Supporting Mfs Market Development through 1- Agent Network Management, 2- Customer Acquisition for Mobile Money, 3- Merchant Acquisitions, 4- Customer Acquisition for Merchants, 5- Agent/Merchant Distribution Management Platform, and 6- Growth of the Payments by Mobile Money Ecosystem. The Project Team is Looking to Hire a Firm to Run above-the-Line, out-of-Home and Digital Campaigns that will Drive Demand for the Lipa Kwa Simu Service across the Country The Objective of this Project is to Carry out a Range of Atl, Ooh and Social Media/Digital Marketing Communication Initiatives to: Create Awareness in the Tanzanian Market Space about this Innovative and Disruptive Service Offering. Entice the Existing Vodacom M-Pesa Customers to Demand to Pay Using M-Pesa at All Merchants that Accept M-Pesa as a Payment Method. Spur Potential New Customers to Enroll or Switch to Vodacom and Use M-Pesa at Vodacoms Merchants. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification.
