UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Institutional Consultancy to support the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to conduct a Gender mainstreaming study and develop a Gender mainstreaming framework and strategy This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
